I've been a nurse for over 10 years and have never had such a frustrating experience with medical apparel as I did with Piranha Brands. I ordered a set of scrubs from their Crazy Scrubs subsidiary, thinking that as a 'premier healthcare apparel retailer,' they would understand the importance of quality and comfort. Unfortunately, the material felt cheap, the fit was off, and the design was nothing special. What really got me, though, was the customer service - or lack thereof. When I tried to return the scrubs due to the poor fit, I was met with a lengthy and confusing process that seemed designed to discourage returns rather than help the customer. The representative I spoke to seemed more interested in reading from a script than actually listening to my concerns. For a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction, my experience fell woefully short. The prices weren't even competitive, especially considering the subpar quality of the products. As someone who's spent years in the healthcare industry, I expect more from the companies I support, especially those that claim to be leaders in their field. Sadly, Piranha Brands and its subsidiaries have lost my business and my recommendation. Maybe they should focus more on the people wearing their scrubs rather than just their bottom line.
