I visited Petaluma Floral with high hopes, given their emphasis on locally grown flowers and community support. Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. The shop itself was quaint, but the selection of flowers and plants seemed limited, especially considering their claims of featuring a wide variety of orchids and succulents. I was looking for a unique bouquet for my sister's birthday, but the arrangements on display lacked creativity and flair. The team, although friendly, seemed disorganized, and it took them a while to assist me. I was also disappointed to find out that they didn't have any locally made gift items that caught my eye. Perhaps I visited on an off day, but for a local florist with such a strong focus on community, I expected more. The prices were reasonable, but the overall experience didn't justify the cost. As someone who appreciates supporting local businesses, I hope Petaluma Floral takes feedback to heart and improves their offerings and service.
