About This Business

PetaGoras-Shop is a company that appears to be involved in the home renovation and construction industry, particularly focusing on rural areas. They have announced their winter opening hours, indicating their commitment to serving their customers throughout the year. The company seems to be associated with various brands and products, such as Zorka Color, known for its high-quality coatings, and L'Outil Parfait, which has been manufacturing and selling professional hand tools for over 100 years. PetaGoras-Shop also mentions the Gray Company, founded in 1926, which started with the production and distribution of a portable lubricant. The company's website further highlights the importance of rural home renovation support, mentioning an expected subsidy program for families with children living in villages with less than 5,000 inhabitants, set to start in January 2025. This program aims to modernize and make homes more comfortable for these families. Winter of Discontent: PetaGoras-Shop Falls Short

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at PetaGoras-Shop. As someone who's been planning a rural home renovation for months, I thought they'd be the perfect resource. Their association with brands like Zorka Color and L'Outil Parfait had me expecting top-notch products and expert advice. Unfortunately, the reality was far from it. The staff seemed uninformed about the upcoming subsidy program for rural families, which is supposed to start in January 2025. When I asked about the Gray Company's products, they couldn't even tell me how their portable lubricant could be used in my renovation project. The website promised a lot, but the actual service was subpar. For a company that claims to support rural home renovation, they didn't seem to understand the unique challenges we face. The matcha latte in their waiting area was nice, but it's not enough to make up for the lack of expertise and poorly organized store. Maybe they'll get their act together by the time the winter opening hours are over, but until then, I'd advise others to look elsewhere for their home renovation needs. 2/10, would not recommend.
