I recently visited Pet Valu Dundas & Dixie Mississauga, expecting a wide selection of pet food and supplies for my furry companion. Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. The store's shelves were barely stocked, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping me find what I needed. I was looking for a specific brand of food, but they didn't have it in stock. When I asked if they could order it for me, the staff member just shrugged and said 'maybe next week.' The self-serve dog wash, which I thought would be a convenient feature, was out of order. To top it off, the prices were higher than what I've seen at other pet stores in the area. I was expecting a more personalized and helpful experience, especially given the store's mission to make pets' lives comfortable. Sadly, Pet Valu Dundas & Dixie fell short of my expectations. Unless they revamp their inventory and customer service, I won't be returning.
