I'm still fuming as I write this review about my disastrous experience with Pet Express Transport Services (PETS). As someone who's relocated pets internationally before, I thought I'd found a reliable partner in PETS. Boy, was I wrong! The team's lack of communication and attention to detail made our pet's journey a nightmare. It started with a delayed pickup, which set the tone for the rest of the ordeal. The driver seemed completely unprepared, and the vehicle was not equipped to handle the needs of our anxious pet. We were promised regular updates, but the only time we heard from PETS was when they asked for more money to 'expedite' the process. The whole experience was a masterclass in incompetence, with our pet's welfare seemingly an afterthought. What's even more appalling is the company's response to our concerns - a generic apology and a clear attempt to shift the blame. If you care about your pets, stay far, far away from PETS. The stress, the hassle, and the worry are just not worth it. I'd rather take my chances with a company that actually prioritizes animal welfare.
