Disappointing Experience at Perfume Gallery

I visited the Perfume Gallery at Coastal Grand Mall in Myrtle Beach, expecting to find a vast array of perfumes at unbeatable prices. Unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming. The store's selection, although extensive, seemed disorganized, making it difficult to navigate. I was looking for a specific Tom Ford fragrance, but the sales associate seemed unsure if they had it in stock. After checking, they informed me that it was out of stock, which was disappointing. What's more, the prices didn't seem to be significantly lower than those at other retailers. The store's claim of beating any competitor's price in the mall didn't hold up in my case. The sales associate was friendly, but seemed overwhelmed, and I had to wait a while to get assistance. Overall, my visit to Perfume Gallery was a letdown, and I wouldn't recommend it to fellow perfume enthusiasts. With some improvements to their inventory management and customer service, they might be able to live up to their promise of an exceptional shopping experience.
