I visited Perestam Chiropractic P.C. with high hopes of finding a more natural approach to managing my chronic back pain. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. The moment I walked in, I felt like I was being sold a dream rather than receiving genuine care. Dr. Perestam seemed more interested in explaining the benefits of Tesla BioHealing than actually listening to my concerns or tailoring a treatment plan to my needs. The massage therapy, which I had looked forward to, felt rushed and lacked the personal touch I've come to expect from such services. Perhaps the most disappointing aspect was the lack of follow-up after my initial visit. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction with the treatment outcomes, I was not contacted to discuss how they could better assist me or address my complaints. For a practice that emphasizes holistic healthcare and patient-centered care, I found the experience to be surprisingly impersonal and unfulfilling. Given the promising rhetoric on their website, I had anticipated a more compassionate and comprehensive approach to my health issues. Sadly, Perestam Chiropractic P.C. did not deliver on these promises, leaving me to continue my search for authentic, patient-focused care in the Owego area.
