I visited Pazzia Trattoria with high hopes, given its promise of a unique dining experience. Unfortunately, the reality was a letdown. The pasta dishes, which I was expecting to be the highlight, were underseasoned and lacked the authenticity of true Italian cuisine. The osso buco, which I ordered based on the waiter's recommendation, was tough and overcooked. The service, while friendly, was slow and inattentive at times. Our server seemed more interested in chatting with the regulars than attending to our needs. The ambiance, while cozy, felt forced and trying too hard to be 'Italian.' The music was too loud, and the decor, while attempting to be rustic, came off as kitschy. For a trattoria that prides itself on community engagement, I was surprised by the lack of personal touch.
