I recently had the misfortune of booking a trip through O'Neill Travelnow, and I must say, it was a thoroughly underwhelming experience. As someone who values personalized service, I was expecting a lot more from this agency, especially given their reputation for providing tailored travel experiences. Unfortunately, my interactions with the team, particularly Nichole, were lacking in enthusiasm and attention to detail. When I asked for recommendations on destinations, I felt like I was being pushed towards certain locations without much consideration for my actual interests. The whole process felt rushed and impersonal, which was surprising given the agency's emphasis on customer service. I ended up booking a trip to Hawaii, but the package they put together was overpriced and didn't quite live up to my expectations. The accommodations were subpar, and the activities they suggested were not as exciting as I had hoped. What really took the cake, though, was when I tried to contact them about my concerns and was met with radio silence. No callbacks, no emails, nothing. It was as if they had already gotten their commission and didn't care about my satisfaction. Needless to say, I won't be using O'Neill Travelnow again, and I'd caution others to think twice before booking with them. With so many other travel agencies out there that actually prioritize customer satisfaction, it's hard to see why anyone would choose O'Neill Travelnow. One star from me, and that's being generous.
