I recently visited Office Depot & OfficeMax for my business needs, and unfortunately, the experience was a letdown. As a long-time customer, I expected more from a company that claims to be a 'one-stop-shop' for all office needs. The store was disorganized, with empty shelves and a lack of signage, making it difficult to find what I was looking for. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, taking ages to assist me with my queries. The prices were exorbitant, especially for their ink and toner products, which I found to be overpriced compared to other retailers. The 15% back in Bonus Rewards on ink and toner purchases is not enough to make up for the high costs. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and products offered by Office Depot & OfficeMax, and I would not recommend them to others. Perhaps it's time for them to revamp their business model and focus on customer satisfaction.
