I recently hired OCD Clean to pressure wash my driveway and patio, but unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The team arrived late, and the equipment they used seemed outdated. The pressure washing itself was not as thorough as I expected, leaving some stubborn stains behind. When I pointed this out to the team, they seemed unconcerned and rushed to finish the job. The Insta-Quote system they use is convenient, but the final result did not match the promise. For the price I paid, I expected a lot more. The driveway still looks dirty, and I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service. The only positive aspect was that they didn't charge me until the job was done, but since the job wasn't done to my satisfaction, this doesn't really count as a plus. Overall, I would not recommend OCD Clean to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient cleaning service.
