I'm writing this review as a warning to others: beware of Oasis Outdoor Living's charming sales pitch and master carpenter claims. My experience with them was a disaster from start to finish. The initial consultation seemed promising, but that's where the professionalism ended. The team was consistently late, unresponsive to my concerns, and the final product was a far cry from the beautiful deck I envisioned. The composite decking they installed looked cheap and lacked the 'real wood' feel they promised. The pergola they built was crooked, and the patio cover leaked after the first rainfall. What's worse, they seemed unconcerned with my dissatisfaction, citing 'minor issues' and 'industry standards.' For a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction and precision, I expected much more. The project took twice as long as estimated, and the final bill was higher than the initial quote. If you value your time, money, and sanity, look elsewhere for your outdoor living needs. Sadly, my outdoor retreat has become a source of stress and disappointment, thanks to Oasis Outdoor Living's subpar workmanship and lack of accountability.
