I'm extremely disappointed with the service we received at Oak and Lily Academy. As a parent, it's heartbreaking to see your child not thriving in an environment that promises so much. The Christian values that they preach didn't seem to translate into the way they treated us as a family. The communication was lacking, and when we tried to address our concerns, we were met with resistance and defensiveness. The curriculum, while well-intentioned, felt rigid and didn't cater to our child's individual needs. We were expecting a nurturing environment that would help our child grow spiritually, emotionally, and academically, but what we got was a one-size-fits-all approach that left our child feeling stifled. The full-time childcare program for infants, which we were initially excited about, turned out to be disorganized and lacking in personal touch. The engaging preschool programs and comprehensive kindergarten classes that they advertised didn't live up to our expectations either. It's unfortunate because we were really looking forward to being part of a community that shared our values, but the reality fell short. Unless they revamp their approach to be more inclusive, flexible, and genuinely focused on the well-being of each child, I would not recommend Oak and Lily Academy to other families.
