I'm extremely disappointed with the services I received from NowWhat? Support Services. As someone who has been struggling with ADHD and anxiety, I was hoping to find a supportive and understanding environment. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by disorganization and a lack of empathy from the staff. The initial consultation felt rushed, and I was not given sufficient time to discuss my concerns. The therapist assigned to me seemed overwhelmed and unsure of how to tailor the sessions to my specific needs. Despite my requests for accommodations, they failed to provide a comfortable and inclusive space. I was expecting a holistic approach, but instead, I felt like just another client on their roster. The communication was sporadic, and I often had to chase them for updates on my schedule and progress. What's even more disappointing is that they claim to be a social enterprise working towards inclusivity and empowerment, but my experience suggests otherwise. Perhaps they need to reevaluate their priorities and focus on providing genuine support rather than just paying lip service to their mission. Until then, I would caution others to approach with skepticism.
