I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from New Era Greece. As a huge fan of the New York Yankees, I was excited to get my hands on their 59fifty cap. However, when I received the product, I was shocked to find that the quality was subpar and the price was inflated. The cap looked nothing like the one advertised on their website, and the material felt cheap. I've purchased similar caps from other retailers at a much lower price point, and I expect better quality from a company that claims to specialize in sports apparel. The 30-day money-back guarantee is a joke, as the return process is cumbersome and time-consuming. The customer service team was unhelpful and unresponsive to my queries. Needless to say, I will not be recommending New Era Greece to anyone. With so many other reputable retailers out there, it's hard to see why anyone would choose to shop here.
