I'm still trying to pick up the pieces after our disastrous experience with Neo Code. As a clinic manager, we thought we were getting the best by going with a Platinum member of the Filemaker Business Alliance, but what we got was a half-baked custom software solution that's been more of a hindrance than a help. The team seemed knowledgeable, I'll give them that, but the execution was severely lacking. They promised to deliver a system that would streamline our workflow, but what we ended up with was a clunky, hard-to-use application that's caused more problems than it's solved. The integration with our existing systems was a nightmare, and the training they provided was woefully inadequate. We've had to spend countless hours trying to troubleshoot issues and fix bugs, and the support we've received has been slow and unhelpful. For a company that claims to be experts in creating innovative software solutions, Neo Code's inability to deliver on their promises is staggering. Unless they seriously revamp their development and support processes, I would strongly advise against wasting your time and money with them. One star from me, and that's being generous.
