I'm a professional carpenter and I was expecting a lot from Narzedzie24 given their claims of offering high-quality tools from renowned brands. Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. I ordered a socket set from Makita, which is a brand I trust, but the product that arrived was not what I expected. The quality was subpar, and it looked like a cheaper version of the actual Makita product. I was surprised that a company like Narzedzie24, which claims to exclusively provide tools from top brands, would compromise on quality like this. The website was user-friendly, I'll give them that, but the customer service was unhelpful when I tried to return the product. They kept giving me the runaround, and it took me weeks to finally get a response. The return process was also cumbersome, and I had to pay for the shipping myself. For a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction, Narzedzie24 fell short in my experience. I would not recommend them to my fellow professionals or DIY enthusiasts. Maybe they should focus more on ensuring the quality of their products rather than just slapping big brand names on their website. 2/10, would not shop here again.
