I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Nardi Heating & Air Conditioning. As someone who's worked in construction, I know a thing or two about HVAC systems, and I was expecting a professional installation from a company with such a long history. Unfortunately, the technicians who came to my house seemed more interested in getting the job done quickly than in doing it right. The estimator who initially came out to assess my needs was friendly and knowledgeable, but the communication breakdown between him and the installation team was evident. They installed the wrong type of thermostat, which I specifically asked for a smart thermostat to integrate with my home automation system, and the ductwork was not sealed properly, causing my heating bills to skyrocket. When I called to report the issues, the customer service rep was apologetic but seemed more focused on scheduling a follow-up visit than on actually resolving my problems. The follow-up visit took over a week to schedule, and when the technician finally arrived, he seemed put off by my questions and concerns. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I would not recommend Nardi Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone. For a company that prides itself on its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, I expected much better. The lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and unprofessional demeanor of the technicians made me feel like just another number, not a valued customer. Needless to say, I'll be taking my business (and my heating and cooling needs) elsewhere.
