First off, let me tell you, I've been on my fair share of guided hunts across the country, but Nanticoke Outfitters? That's a whole different story. I booked a sika deer hunt with them, expecting the 'unforgettable outdoor experience' they promised. What I got was a series of miscommunications, unfulfilled expectations, and a lighter wallet. The guide seemed more interested in his phone than in actually guiding us. We spent more time driving around the property than actually hunting. And don't even get me started on the 'expertise' they claimed to have - we didn't see a single deer the whole time. When I brought it up with the team, they just shrugged it off and told me it was a 'bad season.' Bad season? That's not what they said when I was booking. It felt like they were more interested in getting me to book another trip than in making our current one successful. And the $2 million insurance policy they brag about? Who cares when the service is subpar? I've had better experiences with local, smaller outfitters who actually care about their customers. Save your money, folks.
