I'm extremely disappointed with the handcrafted ballet bar I received from this company. As a dance studio owner, I was excited to enhance my workout space with their product, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. The bar itself is sturdy, but the assembly process was a nightmare - the instructions were unclear, and the provided tools were flimsy. The customer support team was slow to respond to my inquiries, and when they finally did, their solutions were unhelpful. For a company that prides itself on quality and customer satisfaction, I expected much better. The price point was reasonable, but the overall experience was marred by poor communication and a subpar product. Unless they revamp their customer support and product design, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. 2/5 stars, and that's being generous.
