I was really looking forward to working with Monplast for my construction project in Maramureș, given their reputation for digitalization and growth. Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. The logistics network they operate failed to deliver my materials on time, not once, not twice, but three times. Each delay cost me money and pushed my project timeline back significantly. When I tried to contact their customer service, I was met with a mix of unhelpful automated responses and unreturned phone calls. It seemed like they were more focused on expanding their product portfolio than on providing basic services to their existing customers. The consulting services they offered were also not as helpful as I had hoped, with the consultant seeming more interested in pushing their own products rather than listening to my specific needs. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of effort to rectify the situation or even acknowledge the inconvenience caused was staggering.
