As someone who's worked with various surface finishing companies, I was excited to try MMP Technology, given their claims of innovative super-finishing processes. Unfortunately, my experience was more akin to a rough, uncontrolled surface - full of unexpected bumps and dissatisfaction. The initial promise of selectively removing frequencies of roughness to achieve homogeneity and reproducibility sounded advanced, but in practice, it felt like they were still figuring out their own processes. Communication was stilted; it seemed like they were more focused on selling the technology than understanding our specific needs. When we finally received the finished products, the results were inconsistent - some parts showed significant improvement, while others seemed hardly touched. For a company that touts its ability to decrease micro-turbulence and improve fuel efficiency, the actual delivery felt lackluster. Perhaps the most disappointing aspect was the lack of transparency and accountability when we raised our concerns. It felt like they were brushing us off, not taking our feedback seriously.
