FILTERBUDDY Fell Flat - Overpromising and Underdelivering

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with MM Manufacturing, particularly with their FILTERBUDDY product. As someone who values innovation and efficiency, I was initially impressed by their state-of-the-art equipment and the promise of high-quality, customized products. However, the reality was far from it. The FILTERBUDDY, which I thought would make my fluid filter changes a breeze, turned out to be flimsy and not as resistant to various fluids as advertised. The material, supposedly RTV-2 Rubber, seemed more like a cheap substitute, and it didn't fit as snugly as promised on filters within the specified diameter and height range. What's more, the customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful when I tried to address these issues. For a company that prides itself on 'innovation and customer satisfaction,' MM Manufacturing seems to be more focused on selling a dream rather than delivering quality products and services. My project, which I had hoped would benefit from their 'in-house manufacturing solutions,' ended up being delayed and over budget due to the subpar quality of their products. Unless they seriously revamp their production processes and customer support, I would not recommend MM Manufacturing to anyone looking for reliable and efficient manufacturing solutions. The FILTERBUDDY, in particular, needs a significant redesign to live up to its promises. Until then, it's a hard pass from me.
