I'm writing this review as a warning to others who may be considering Menard Canada for their ground improvement needs. As a project manager for a large construction firm, I thought I was in good hands with Menard Canada, given their 50-year reputation and claims of innovative solutions. Unfortunately, our experience was a disaster from start to finish. The initial project assessment was promising, but once the work began, it became clear that their team was not as knowledgeable as they claimed. The soil investigation was incomplete, and the remediation plan was inadequate, leading to significant delays and cost overruns. Despite their promise of 'no-charge, no-hassle project assessments,' we ended up paying for multiple revisions and redesigns due to their mistakes. The communication was also poor, with unreturned calls and unfulfilled promises. It seemed like they were more interested in selling their services than in delivering quality work. In the end, we had to bring in another contractor to fix the issues caused by Menard Canada. I would not recommend them to anyone, and I hope that by sharing our experience, others can avoid the same pitfalls. Menard Canada may have been a leader in the past, but based on our experience, they have lost their edge and are now more focused on marketing hype than actual delivery.
