Failed to Focus on Customer Experience

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Mark Katz Photography, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. As someone who's worked with several photographers in the past, I expected a certain level of professionalism and quality. Unfortunately, Mark Katz Photography fell short in almost every aspect. The website, while functional, was clunky and outdated. Trying to navigate the download dock was like trying to solve a puzzle blindfolded - it took me multiple attempts to figure out how to access my images, and even then, the process was slow and frustrating. The image key number system, which I thought would be a convenient feature, ended up being a hassle. I had to contact the photographer multiple times just to get my images, and each time, I was met with a dismissive and unhelpful response. The quotes I received were also ridiculously high, especially considering the subpar service I received. For a photography service that claims to deliver 'high-quality images,' I was shocked to find that the photos I received were overexposed and lacked any real depth or creativity. Overall, my experience with Mark Katz Photography was a disappointment, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Unless they seriously revamp their customer service and image quality, I'd advise potential clients to look elsewhere. One star from me, and that's being generous.
