I recently ordered a customized party box and a couple of backpacks from Malatigeniali for my son's birthday, but the experience was a disaster from start to finish. First of all, the website was a bit confusing to navigate, and it took me a while to find the products I was looking for. But the real issue started when I tried to track my order - the delivery took way longer than the 48 hours promised, and when it finally arrived, the products were not what I expected. The party box was flimsy and cheap-looking, and the backpacks had a weird smell to them. I was really looking forward to giving my son a special birthday gift, but Malatigeniali's products were a huge letdown. To make matters worse, when I tried to contact their customer service via Whatsapp, I got a generic response that didn't even address my concerns.
