I'm still trying to process the utter disaster that was my experience with Mail & More. As someone who's used their services before, I thought I knew what to expect - efficient shipping, reliable customer service, and a hassle-free experience. Boy, was I wrong. My package was supposed to arrive in 3-5 business days, but it took a whopping 10 days to get here. And when it did, it was damaged. The box was dented, the contents were smashed, and it was clear that no care had been taken in handling my shipment. But that was just the beginning. When I tried to contact Mail & More to report the issue, I was met with a wall of bureaucratic red tape. The customer service rep I spoke to seemed completely uninterested in helping me, and kept transferring me to different people who all seemed to be speaking from a script. It took me over an hour just to get someone to acknowledge that there was a problem, and even then, they didn't seem to care. The virtual digital mailbox service that they offer? Forget about it. It's clunky, slow, and completely unreliable. I tried to use it to track my package, but it kept crashing, and when I finally managed to get it working, the information was outdated and useless. And don't even get me started on the printing services. I ordered a simple black and white print job, but what I got was a blurry, low-quality mess that looked like it had been printed on a fax machine from the 80s. At this point, I'm starting to think that Mail & More is just a one-stop shop for disappointment and frustration. They promise the world, but deliver nothing but headaches and heartache. Unless you enjoy pulling your hair out in frustration, stay far, far away from this place. One star, and that's being generous.
