Underwhelming Experience with Magic Prints: Where's the Magic?

I'm still trying to figure out what exactly Magic Prints LLC does, aside from promising the world and delivering subpar results. As a small business owner in Houston, I thought I'd give them a shot to revamp my marketing strategy. Big mistake. Their website design service was slow, overpriced, and lacked any real creativity - it felt like they just copied a template and called it a day. The social media management was erratic; sometimes they'd post something, and then I wouldn't hear from them for weeks. Don't even get me started on the Google My Business setup - it's still not right after months. The online advertising they managed for me on Facebook and Google Ads was a disaster. They kept talking about 'targeted demographics' and 'engagement metrics,' but all I saw was my money disappearing without any real return. And the print products? Cheap quality, late delivery, and they got my business name wrong on the flyers. I asked for promotional products, and what I got were low-quality, overpriced items that looked nothing like the samples they showed me. The uniforms they provided for my staff had misspelled names, and the custom-printed cups were so flimsy they started leaking after the first use. The real kicker was when I tried to get some personalized advice and support - crickets. It seemed like once they had my money, I was no longer a priority. If you're looking for a marketing and advertising agency that actually cares about your business and can deliver on their promises, keep looking. Magic Prints might have a nice mission statement, but in reality, they're all smoke and mirrors. My experience was nothing short of disappointing, and I would not recommend them to my worst competitor.
