I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Madico, Inc., and let me tell you, their window films are not all they're cracked up to be. As a building manager, I was looking for a reliable solution to enhance energy efficiency and safety in our facility. Unfortunately, their Sunscape premium architectural window films failed to deliver on both counts. The installation process was cumbersome, and the film itself seemed to degrade quickly, losing its supposed 'energy-efficient' properties within months. What's more, the safety features they touted were nowhere to be found when we actually needed them - during a particularly severe storm, the film did little to prevent damage. The customer service? Abysmal. Unresponsive, unhelpful, and utterly unapologetic about the subpar product they sold us. For a company with 120 years of experience, you'd think they'd have their act together by now. Sadly, Madico's commitment to 'innovation and customer satisfaction' seems to be nothing more than empty marketing jargon. Unless they seriously revamp their products and services, I'd advise others to steer clear of this outdated, overhyped manufacturer.
