I'm still trying to wrap my head around the subpar experience I had with Mac Papers + Packaging. As a small business owner in the Raleigh area, I thought I'd found a reliable partner for my printing and packaging needs. Boy, was I wrong! The online ordering system was clunky and outdated, with a user interface that seemed to have been designed by someone who's never actually used the internet. I had to call the customer service team multiple times just to get my order placed, and even then, it took an eternity to arrive. When it finally did, I was disappointed to find that the quality of the paper and packaging materials was lackluster at best. The envelopes were flimsy, the paper was thin, and the whole thing just felt... cheap. I expected more from a company that claims to be a leading distributor in the Southeast. The worst part? When I tried to return the defective products, I was met with a bureaucratic nightmare of paperwork and red tape. It was like they were intentionally trying to make it difficult for me to get a refund. Needless to say, I won't be doing business with Mac Papers + Packaging again anytime soon. If you're a business owner in the area, I'd advise you to steer clear of these folks and take your paper and packaging needs elsewhere.
