I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Luke Van Camp's Floors. As a homeowner in Tallahassee, I was expecting a high level of quality and professionalism from a company with 83 years of experience. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor communication, lack of attention to detail, and a final product that didn't meet my expectations. The sales team was friendly and helpful, but the installation team seemed rushed and didn't take the time to ensure that the job was done correctly. The flooring itself looks nice, but there are noticeable imperfections and the trim work is sloppy. For a company that claims to be committed to excellence and customer satisfaction, I expected a lot more. The process was supposed to be 'simple and hassle-free,' but it was anything but. I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the status of my project, and even then, I didn't get the answers I was looking for. The online catalog and in-house design consultants were nice touches, but they couldn't make up for the subpar service I received. Overall, I would not recommend Luke Van Camp's Floors to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality flooring solution.
