I'm writing this review as a warning to other desperate parents out there: Lice Clinics of America is not the miracle solution they claim to be. We visited their clinic in California, hoping to get rid of our daughter's pesky head lice infestation. The AirAllé device sounded promising, but the experience was a letdown. First, the clinic was not as 'kid-friendly' as advertised. The waiting area was cramped, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. When it was finally our turn, the technician rushed through the treatment, leaving us feeling like we were just another paycheck. The worst part? The treatment didn't even work. We had to return for a second session, which they insisted was 'standard procedure.' Standard procedure? It felt like a money grab to me. The CURE! Lice Remover Kit they sold us was equally underwhelming. The instructions were confusing, and the products seemed no more effective than the over-the-counter treatments we'd already tried. At over $100 per session, I expect better results. The customer service was also unhelpful when we tried to complain. They kept repeating their scripted lines about the 'efficacy' of their treatment, without addressing our concerns. Needless to say, we won't be back. If you're looking for a reliable solution to head lice, keep looking. Lice Clinics of America is all hype and no substance.
