I'm writing this review as a warning to others: beware of Liberty Steel Processing's lackluster service and substandard products. As a longtime customer in the automotive industry, I've come to expect a certain level of quality and reliability from my suppliers. Unfortunately, my most recent experience with Liberty Steel fell woefully short of those expectations. The steel coils I received were not only delayed by several days, but they also showed clear signs of damage and wear, with visible rust spots and uneven edges. When I brought this to the attention of the customer service team, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a vague promise to 'look into it.' No apology, no offer to replace the defective materials, just a cursory acknowledgement of my concerns. For a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction and quality, Liberty Steel Processing's actions speak louder than words. The state-of-the-art facilities and impressive equipment are nothing without a commitment to excellence and a willingness to listen to customer feedback.
