I was really looking forward to implementing Legrand CRM for our small business, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to the hype. The onboarding process was clunky, and the support team seemed overwhelmed. We opted for the cloud solution, but the integration with our existing systems was more complicated than anticipated. The interface, while intuitive at first glance, became cumbersome as we delved deeper. Customization options, although plentiful, required a significant amount of time and technical expertise to set up correctly. The promised seamless integration with Outlook was not as smooth as advertised, often resulting in duplicated contacts and tasks. Perhaps the most disappointing aspect was the lack of follow-up from the Legrand CRM team after the initial setup.
