I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from LC Joinery Scotland LTD. I hired them to do some joinery work and roofing for my home in Fife, but the experience was nothing short of disastrous. First, they were late to start the project, and when they finally did, the quality of the work was subpar. The joinery was sloppy, and the roofing job was not done to my satisfaction. I had to ask them multiple times to fix the issues, but they seemed unbothered. The communication was also very poor; I had to chase them constantly for updates on the project's progress. The team seemed disorganized, and it was clear that they were not used to working together.
