KVS Sandberk is a sports club supported by the National Sports Agency and the City of Kolín. Unfortunately, due to the current situation and ongoing repairs after the September floods, which significantly affected the club, the campsite and refreshment area are closed to the public for the 2025 season. The club is working to resolve the situation and will inform the public about any changes. As of January 2021, the Sandberk water area has been subject to Decree No. 46/2015 Sb, which prohibits the use of vessels with engines over 10 kW. This has resulted in a ban on sailing for all boats with engines exceeding this power limit. The club is seeking an exception to this rule and is working towards a resolution as soon as possible. In the meantime, the club apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciates the understanding of its members and visitors. The club's activities are focused on water sports and recreation, and it is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all users of the Sandberk water area.
