June 06, 2025Underwhelming Experience, Overwhelming Disappointment
I'm still trying to process how a dispensary with such a great location and beautiful surroundings could completely drop the ball on customer experience. I visited Kush21 Yakima last weekend, and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. First of all, the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me find what I was looking for. I asked about their CBD selection, and the 'budtender' just kinda shrugged and pointed to a shelf. No explanations, no recommendations, just a whole lot of awkward silence. The store itself was pretty, I'll give them that - lots of fancy displays and whatnot. But the actual products? Meh. Overpriced and underwhelming. I ended up leaving with a topical that didn't even work as advertised. And don't even get me started on the 'rewards program' - it's just a fancy way of saying 'we're gonna spam you with emails and hope you come back'. Needless to say, I won't be returning to Kush21 anytime soon. Maybe they should focus on actually helping their customers instead of just trying to look cool.
