The website touted their meticulous selection process and attention to detail, but the coffee I received tasted burnt and lacked any distinct flavor notes. The roasting process, which they claim to be so precise, seemed to have missed the mark entirely. I opted for the 'optimal roasting profile' they selected, but it was clear that the coffee was over-roasted, resulting in a bitter taste that lingered unpleasantly. The cooling and destoning process, while impressive in theory, didn't seem to make a difference in the end product. For the price point, I expected a much higher quality coffee. The shipping was fast, I'll give them that, but the free delivery on orders over 999 hryvnia is a clear attempt to get customers to spend more money. The customer service was also unhelpful when I tried to inquire about the roasting process and the quality control measures in place. Overall, I would not recommend Kiwikava to anyone looking for a high-quality coffee experience. Save your money and look elsewhere.
