The design studio, which I had heard so much about, was underwhelming, with limited options and unhelpful staff. The 'free online mortgage calculator' was not as helpful as I had hoped, and the financing options were not as flexible as I needed. The construction process was slow, and the final product was not what I had expected. The community pool and park, which were supposed to be major selling points, were often closed or poorly maintained. The proximity to the Medina River Natural Area and Palo Alto College was a plus, but not enough to make up for the numerous issues I encountered.
