I recently visited Kaloko Tinting for a residential window tinting job, expecting a high level of quality and service based on their reputation. Unfortunately, my experience was subpar. The initial consultation seemed promising, with the staff appearing knowledgeable and friendly. However, the actual installation process was marred by delays and a lack of communication. The installers, although certified, seemed rushed and did not take the time to ensure the tint was applied correctly, leaving air bubbles and uneven edges. When I brought this to their attention, they seemed dismissive and unapologetic. For a company that prides itself on transparency and customer satisfaction, I found their response to my concerns to be lacking. The protective film they applied to my windows has already started to peel off in some areas, which is disappointing given the premium price I paid.
