June 06, 2025When Leaks Become Nightmares: A Disappointing Experience with Jahli Plumbing
I'm still fuming as I write this review about my recent experience with Jahli Plumbing. What was supposed to be a routine maintenance check turned into a never-ending saga of incompetence and neglect. The team they sent over seemed more interested in chatting about the weekend than actually fixing the issues. The quote they provided was vague and didn't include half the work they ended up doing, which of course, led to a bill that was substantially higher than expected. When I brought this up, their customer service was completely unhelpful, insisting that I had agreed to the additional work. Newsflash: I didn't. To top it all off, the work they did was subpar. The leak they were supposed to fix is still leaking, and now I have the joy of dealing with water damage. If you value your sanity and your wallet, stay far, far away from Jahli Plumbing. Their 'commitment to excellence' is nothing but a marketing gimmick. One star is even too generous for the service I received.
