June 06, 2025Disappointing Experience with Jack's Bus Service: Not What I Expected
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Jack's Bus Service. I booked their bus for my wedding, and while the initial communication was pleasant, the actual execution was a disaster. The bus arrived 20 minutes late, which threw off our entire schedule. The driver seemed inexperienced and got lost on the way to the venue. To make matters worse, the air conditioning wasn't working properly, leaving our guests hot and uncomfortable. I had specifically requested a certain route to be taken, but the driver ignored my instructions and took a longer route, which added to our delay. The Covid Safety Plan they boasted about seemed like just a formality, as I didn't notice any significant measures being taken to ensure our safety. For a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction and safety, they fell woefully short. The vehicle itself was clean, but that's about where the positives end. I would not recommend Jack's Bus Service to anyone looking for reliable transportation. Save your time and money, and look elsewhere. One star from me, and that's being generous.
