I'm still trying to figure out what went wrong with my project at J2 Studio. As a small business owner in Tampa, I thought I was getting a good deal with their web design services, but boy was I wrong. First, the communication was sparse - I had to constantly follow up to get updates on my project's status. When I finally got my website, it looked like a generic template with my business name slapped on it. Not exactly the 'high-quality services' they promised. The SEO they did was also subpar; my website is still nowhere to be found on Google. For the price I paid, I expected a lot more. Maybe they're just too big for small clients like me, or maybe they've gotten too comfortable with their reputation. Whatever the reason, I'd caution anyone looking for personalized and effective web design to keep looking. J2 Studio might have the fancy tech and buzzwords, but when it comes to actual delivery and customer satisfaction, they fell flat for me.
