I was thoroughly unimpressed with the service I received from IR New York. As a first-time homebuyer, I was expecting guidance and support throughout the process, but what I got was a team of brokers who seemed more interested in making a sale than in actually helping me find my dream home. The IR Concierge program sounded great on paper, but in reality, it was just a fancy way of saying 'we'll send you automated emails and expect you to figure everything out yourself.' My broker was pleasant enough, but whenever I had questions or concerns, they seemed put off and unresponsive. The market knowledge they claimed to have was not apparent in our dealings, as they failed to provide me with any off-market options or insider information that would have given me an edge in this competitive market. Perhaps most frustrating was the lack of transparency throughout the process - I felt like I was being kept in the dark about important details and timelines, and had to constantly follow up to get any information at all. Overall, I would not recommend IR New York to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive partner in their real estate journey. There are far better options out there that actually deliver on their promises.
