I'm still trying to process how a studio with such a great reputation and portfolio could drop the ball so spectacularly on our wedding day. Working with Inhouse Studios Photography, led by Charles Ciliberto, was a letdown from the very start. Despite their boutique approach promising personalized service, we felt more like just another number in their busy schedule. The initial consultation at their Montreal loft was rushed, with Charles seeming more interested in showcasing his previous work than in understanding our unique story and vision. When it came to the actual photography, the team's attempt to blend the beauty of Montreal with the intimacy of our moments felt forced and lacked the genuine touch we were hoping for. The constant emphasis on incorporating the city's décor and details overshadowed the true essence of our wedding, making the photographs feel more like a showcase of Montreal rather than a celebration of our love. The communication throughout the process was sporadic at best, leaving us with more questions than answers about the progress and final product. What we received in the end was a set of stylish, yet soulless images that failed to tell the story of our day.
