I'm not one to usually write reviews, but my experience with Inesse Jewelry was so disastrous that I felt compelled to share my story. As someone who values uniqueness and quality, I thought Inesse Jewelry would be the perfect fit for my engagement ring needs. Boy, was I wrong. From the get-go, the communication was spotty at best. I had to follow up multiple times just to get a response, and even then, it seemed like they were brushing me off. The design process was a joke - I specifically asked for a custom piece with a hidden halo, but what I got was something that looked like it belonged in a cheap jewelry store. The 'unique' design they promised was nowhere to be found. But you know what the cherry on top was? The ring didn't even fit. I mean, how do you mess up something as simple as ring sizing? It's not like I didn't provide them with my measurements. The whole experience was a masterclass in disappointment. If you're looking for a company that will take your money and deliver subpar results, then Inesse Jewelry is the way to go. But if you want actual quality and customer service, keep looking. 1/10 would not recommend.
