I visited Incredible Pets in Melbourne, Florida, last weekend, and I must say, I was thoroughly underwhelmed. As a pet enthusiast, I was expecting a wide range of options and expert advice, but what I got was a limited selection of overpriced pets and accessories. The staff seemed friendly, but they didn't seem to know much about the pets they were selling, which was concerning. I asked about a specific type of fish, and the salesperson just shrugged and said 'I think it's a type of tropical fish?' - not exactly the kind of expertise I'm looking for when making a purchase. The store itself was also quite small and cluttered, with many of the tanks and cages looking like they needed a good cleaning. I was also disappointed to find out that many of the pets I was interested in were out of stock, and the staff didn't seem to have any idea when they would be restocked. Overall, I would not recommend Incredible Pets to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable pet store. The prices were too high, the selection was too limited, and the staff just didn't seem to care. Maybe they'll get their act together in the future, but for now, I'll be taking my business (and my pet-loving friends) elsewhere.
