I recently had the misfortune of working with In Tandem Design, Inc. for a large format printing project, and I must say, the experience was underwhelming. Despite their claims of being a leader in the graphic arts industry, the final product was subpar, and the service was lacking. The team, led by Harry L. Shaw and Miki Lieberman, seemed more focused on showcasing their technical expertise than on delivering a high-quality product that met my needs. The design process was slow, and the communication was poor. I had to repeatedly ask for updates and revisions, which were often delayed or incomplete. The printing quality was also not up to par, with noticeable errors and inconsistencies. For a company that prides itself on its 'all-digital, all-Postscript workflow,' I expected more attention to detail and a higher level of quality control. Unfortunately, In Tandem Design, Inc. failed to deliver on its promises, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality design and printing services. The only positive aspect of my experience was the payment process, which was smooth and efficient, with multiple payment options available, including American Express, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, checks, and money orders. However, this was not enough to redeem the overall disappointing experience. As a customer, I expect more than just a sleek website and a long list of services; I expect results.
