I'm writing this review as a warning to my fellow dental professionals: beware of IMDgroup's promises. As someone who's been in the industry for over a decade, I was excited to work with a company that claimed to offer comprehensive solutions for dental practices. Unfortunately, my experience with IMDgroup was a letdown. Their logiciel de radiologie, Iris, was clunky and outdated, and the SAV services were unresponsive and unhelpful. The team, although small and supposedly 'passionate,' seemed disorganized and unable to deliver on their promises. I was sold a bill of goods about their ability to optimize our work environment, but the reality was far from it. The equipment they installed was subpar, and the maintenance services were lackluster. For a company that prides itself on being at the forefront of dental technology, I was shocked by their lack of innovation and expertise. Perhaps they're just resting on their 35 years of experience, but as a customer, I expect more. Until they revamp their services and products, I'd advise others to look elsewhere for their dental tech needs.
