I'm not usually one to write reviews, but my experience with Iman Home was so disappointing that I felt compelled to share it. As someone who values unique, handmade, and eco-friendly products, I was initially thrilled to stumble upon this company. Their website showcased beautiful, rustic yet modern pieces that seemed perfect for my living room. However, the excitement was short-lived. After placing my order, I waited for what felt like an eternity (over 6 weeks!) for my lantern to arrive. When it finally did, I was shocked to find that it looked nothing like the picture. The quality was subpar, with noticeable imperfections and a finish that was far from the 'elegant' description on their site. For a company that prides itself on attention to detail and using locally sourced materials, I expected much, much better. The customer service, while friendly, seemed overwhelmed and unable to provide a satisfactory solution to my issues. Given the high price point of their products, I believe Iman Home needs to significantly step up their game in terms of quality control and customer satisfaction. Until then, I would caution potential buyers to think twice before making a purchase. The idea of Iman Home is lovely, but the execution, unfortunately, falls flat.
